When I was young, about 8-9 years old, I realised that I've cleisiophobia & lygophobia.The realisation took place on one night. I can't remember it vividly, though I'll explain it as clear as possible.

My brother and I were in room that night while my parents were downstairs there, he kept annoy me till i was very angry then i threw the first punch. And both of us fight like cats and dogs. He never fail to anger me which will led to a fight in order to end it.

We're fighting on the bed and struggle to beat each others up, suddenly he use the blanket to cover me and press me down. It was a pitch of black in there, i kept shouting "let me out, let me out." But he won't let me out too. I was very scare of being kept in a cramped and dark area but if I'm with other people I won't scare. I felt that it's too stuffy and too dark like I'm blind, so I realise that I've those two phobia. At last I broke out and my fears gone, I continued to fight with him.

Now that I know I've these two phobia, I'll try to conquer them before they conquer me...
